i totally would have never thought to do that.
though, think of all the stuff they’re picking up with that snow.  i mean, i was walking back from class on monday and the front end loaders that were moving snow unearthed a pair of panties from somewhere within the area outside my apartment… just sayin’.

They can actually get sued for that… they tried it in Philly, and they just POURED chemicals into the water system.

Actually, they had on the news last night that they got approval to dump it into large bodies of water, like the Inner Harbor.
